More than a wheel, the PF05 is a statement of origin. From concept to CNC, every stage of production happens here in California, keeping the process local and authentic. The result is a forged wheel that doesn’t just perform it represents the style, spirit, and speed of Los Angeles.
The Forging Process:
Step 1 - FORGING
- Aerospace-grade aluminum is pressed under extreme force to create the forged wheel blank with maximum strength and durability.
Step 2 - CNC LATHE
- The forged blank is shaped on a CNC lathe to true up dimensions and prepare the wheel for precision milling.
Step 3 - CNC MILLING
- Using a Haas CNC machine, the wheel face is cut into its spoke design with unmatched accuracy and detail.
